I started a 2 year contract since August 10, and current I have a $39.99 450minutes individual plan. I want to change it to a familytalk plan but when I click on"convert to Family Talk", it says:
FT802: Your account doesn't include any wireless numbers that are eligible to convert to FamilyTalk.
So can anyone tell me why can't I add a line to my familyTalk plan? Thank you!

Just wanted to clarify that Family Talk plan can have a minimum of 2 and a maximum of 5 lines. It sounds as if you are attempting to add a line and move to a Family Talk Plan.
Switch to a Family Talk Plan may provide some details that may help you, and I am also going to send you a private message (blue envelope, top right side of your screen) requesting some additional information in order to help you further!
