Re: Phone connects to microcell for a while, then loses connection

So basically AT&T has a forum just so they can say they have a forum but don't actually spend any financial support on staffing it. Fantastic.
Well if any other customers out there have a solution please post it!
I can report that using the suggested "Modem to Microcell to Router" method did not resolve my issue. Today's test went like this: I left my HTC Inspire in the house about 6 inches from the Microcell and plugged into the wall charger with 100% battery. When I returned from the garage less than an hour later I was not surprised to see that my HTC now says "No service" at the top of the screen.
I want to reiterate here that the Verizon Network Extender (Verizon's Samsung version of AT&T's Cisco Microcell) had zero issues with my current modem and router for two years and I only surrendered my beloved Network Extender because I got a new job and my old job wanted their Verizon stuff back. Now here I am stuck with a two year AT&T contract and a Microcell that only works when it feels like it. I find it hard to believe that my brand new HTC android phone is the issue considering that there are at least four other customers in this post all with different phone manufacturers having the same issue across the board. (iphone droids etc)
My HTC is less than a month old and is currently running Android 2.3.3. It came straight from AT&T and has had zero third part apps installed. If anyone has a fix for this please post! I am all ears.
