Is anyone having problems with the phone taking a while to connect to the data network (not Wifi) after the upgrade? When I enable mobile data (check 'use packet data' in settings), sometimes it takes a few minutes for the 'H' icon to appear in the status bar & for the data to connect. Sometimes I even need to toggle it a few times to get it to come on. This never used to happen before the update.

My data seems slow to connect as well, and my wifi is about the same maybe worse. My touch screen is also much less sensitive and scrolling on pages/lists is a pain as sometimes it just wont scroll up and down and will just select something instead.

This just might be wishful thinking, but AT&T had me do a factory reset and Gingerbread seems to be working much better now. My keyboard works better, I am getting a better WIFI signal and my touch screen is again more receptive. Might be worth trying.

After the update I am experiencing problems with my WiFi connection at home. It connects OK, but resets every 30 -60 sec. I've tried changing router settings, even had the ROM reflashed by Samsung and the WiFi board changed. The only soluiton I've found is to switch to static IP, which is not a very friendly solution. Never had a problem before the upgrade.

I was facing the same issues after I updated the GingerBread from the Samsung website. I then used this defective OS device for 10 days and then I was tired when calling or unlocking the phone screen it was giving a hard time.
If anyone had the same problem regarding to the touch screen, wifi and calling issues they can use the following link to update to GingerBread stocked version. They have explained how to install it in very detail and according to me anyone can do it by self. Thanks to xda developers. My Samsung Infuse is now working awesome as it was before on froyo.... yuhu.. :-)

I'm having similar issues with my phone after the update, too. After doing some research it seems as if the Gingerbread update was only tested on phones straight out of the box and not on phones that have been in use for long periods of time. So...in order to have a functional update you will have to update your phone from a factory reset Froyo state. This means you will have to "find a way" to downgrade to Froyo. Make sure it is factory restored. Then update to Gingerbread. This is aggravating because AT&T doesn't seem to know how to downgrade to Froyo. Atleast I haven't been able to get someone on the phone who knows. If I manage to get someone on the phone who can help, I will gladly pass on the info.

Just a data wipe/factory reset in recovery should be enough.
In some cases, if the update partially failed, you may need to reflash the whole UCLB3 release using Odin/Heimdall. A full UCLB3 flash package is available in the Infuse forums on XDA.
To enter stock recovery:
Turn off the device
Press and hold VolUp and VolDn
Press and hold Power
Release Power (but continue holding VolUp/VolDn) when the Samsung screen shows up.
Release VolUp/VolDn when recovery shows up
Use VolUp/Dn to navigate, Power to select when in recovery.

That's really odd... Do a wipe in recovery as mentioned above.

After my upgrade the screen sensitivity is definitely not right, and hard to slide unlock. the phone also can become very sluggish to respond to a command or nothing happens at all. went to use my camera and all worked except I had to reboot phone because I could not exit camera. This is a terrible update.
