I cant use my phone at all it says emergency calls only. ITs the lg phoenix. I just signed with at&t it hasnt been thirty days. I havent went over minutes. I have two lines but my boyfriend has the other line and he's not home. Cant dial out only communication is this computer. The phone just says EMERGENcy CALLS only
