The e100 is not currently connected or being used. Wifi is provided by the RG only. From the RG an ethernet cable runs to the office, then to an ethernet switch. There are 6 ports, but none are labled Internet. I have tried placing the ethernet cable into the internet port of the e1000 and an thernet cable back to the switch. I can connect to the e1000 but not to the internet.

Don't use the "Internet" port on the E1000, just one of the regular ports.
