I apologize you are having these issues. Can you provide me with the model of the 2wire and wording of error message. You might also want to try entering the IP Address of the 2wire. Try 192.168.1.254 in browser address bar.  If this does not work go to command prompt and type ipconfig. Use the default gateway address and enter the address into your web browser.
