I'm sorry we haven't resolved the issue yet. I will need some more information.
Please do the following:
1. Hold down your windows button and press the letter "R"
2. In the run box please type "cmd"
3. In the window that pops up please type "ipconfig"
4. Under the title "Ethernet adapter local area connection" please provide me with all of the underlying information including the IP address, default gateway, and subnet mask.
After I have this information I should be able to provide more instructions on how we can get this fixed.
