Announcing AT&T’s Community Managers!
08-18-2011 06:38:46 AM
Jam - Hi all! My name is Jam and I want to take a minute to let you know a little bit about myself and my philosophy on community management.
I’m a pretty big gadget geek. I love new technology and am quick to try out new hardware and software. I’m also a gamer, a reader, a lover of food and a mom to a teenage son. My background is in customer support where I’ve spent a lot of time focusing on developing and strengthening the relationship between companies and their customers. I’m excited to bring my experience and ideas to the AT&T community.
I’m a firm believer that a healthy community results in a fantastic experience for everyone and gives companies a great way to understand what’s going well and what needs improvement. A healthy community is a living thing; always changing to adjust to whatever new technology comes our way.
Alex - Hi everyone! I’m one of the Community Managers that you will see engaging on the Community going forward. I’m excited to have the opportunity to work together.
A little about myself.. I have a very diverse background in Customer Service and bring 10+ years of supporting AT&T product and services. I am happily married +1 and enjoy every moment of family time. Working with technology and helping others embrace it is a passion for me. Remember the days before we had email? Look how far we have advanced and how much technology plays a role in just about everything we do.
Your experience on the Community is important to me. I want your experience to be positive and productive. We have many resources available so you’ll see me suggest solutions from our Self-Help tools a lot. If you find a solution that is helpful, please take the time to acknowledge it by marking it as an “Accepted Solution”. We’ll be looking for ways to make your experience even better so please stay tuned! See ya around. ![]()
