Upgrading to a new phone

I upgraded to the Samsung and ifuse and did not like it too much so I returned it to Sam's Club within the 14 days. They called for an upgrade reversal and it has been 3 days and no reversal. Has anyone else experienced this and what did you do about it.
I want to get the Motoral Atrix 2 and I'm getting impatient.

talk to Sam's club would be the first thing to do.

Three days is not unreasonable but you should definately talk with Sam's club. It may take a little longer since you did not buy directly from ATT.
