Anyone heard any news as to when the 8107 update will be released for WP7 phones on AT&T?

Thanks

Same question. This is an important fix for threaded messages for me because my office has Exchange 2003.

I constantly check the Windows Phone Blog and the Windows Phone 7 app for any news on this...there is a thread on the HTC forums but no concrete info on roll out dates for this update.

The disappearing keyboard is the most frustrating bug and the Google Gmail syncing issue...

If I do locate any time frames for the AT&T network will post it here.

ATT has zero interest in fostering good customer relationship.  Our best hope is the next major update..  and even then it will be probably be delayed for months.

So I guess there has been no movement on at&t? Microsoft really screwed up by letting at&t handle this.

Re: Update 8107 for WP7 phones?

There has been no word on AT&T on this topic yet. People have said "by the end of February" but that's obviously come and gone. Based on their past behavior, there's no reason to suspect AT&T will start talking about this until they're close to release (if they even decide to). This shouldn't come as a surprise to you, since they are just happy that they've got your money. They seem to think it's ok to take your money and provide TERRIBLE support for you, even though this patches bugs in the OS.

AT&T is the reason this update has not come out and there doesn't seem to be anything we can do to make them get the fkng picture. They are notorious for awful customer support and I've unfortunately experienced that first-hand. Short of hacking your phone and de-branding it to get the update, you're out of luck until AT&T either releases it or says outright that they won't. Either way you're waiting on them and there's nothing you can do. Calling Customer Support will get you no where but frustrated.

To AT&T: Your support is absolute crap and it's obvious you don't listen to your customers' feedback once you have our money.

Ditto on this question!!!!  I need the 8107 soon.  If anyone knows a way to update without waiting on ATT, please post!
