The HTC Titan issue *WAS* fixed a long time ago.  Call AT&T and ask why they refuse to push it.  Other countries with the Titan no longer have the issue.  How AT&T refuses to see that their ignorance and horrible support is killing the platform proves they don't deserve our business.
