I called AT&T to get more information on when my Focus S will be updated to 8107 because the keypad issue is annoying, the response i got was i need to call Microsoft be cause AT&T doesnt have any control on the software updates. i got my Focus S 2 months ago & the phone has 7720 so they sold the phone with older software. as other customers in this forum believe AT&T doesnt care about customers once you sign 2 year contract, all they care is about their $$. they dont want to update the software because they want you to buy a new phone so that they can make money.
