So you are saying that no one at AT&T is even working on testing the new software ? if some one is working on testing this then they should know approximately when the new software will be released for AT&T phones. I think this Microsoft's fault they shouldn't have given this option to AT&T they should follow Apple, absolutely no AT&T control on the software.
