With all due respect, this response is totally unacceptable. There is no doubt that you don't have any information about the update, but what are you doing to get the information in support of your customers? It's little wonder that AT&T ranks last among wireless carriers in the area of customer satisfaction. I'm just counting the days until my contract ends!
