The bottom line is we are all sitting with a device that has one or more software bugs, for which MS issued a fix since January.  Instead of fixing what's broke and what they sold us, AT&T is preventing us from getting a fix to the device/software that they sold to us.  That to me is the definition of an unfair and deceptive act and practice, a violation of the consumer protection laws.
