Paolo has it correct.  I am truly amazed as well.  This whole experience, not to mention the handset and operating system is fantastic and the best experience I have had since I started with early smartphones.   If this level of service and responsiveness and quality continue -- I believe the landscape of the market will change.   Thanks to ATT and Nokia from me as well!
