I don't think people who bought the Quickfire are 'entitled' to anything. AT&T is very nice to be offering to switch customers out for a different phone after they are past their 30 day return period. Its the manufacturer of the phones' fault and they should be offering to fix the problem, not AT&T for trusting them.
