To tell you the truth I feel for you but I've been with AT&T for two years now and really haven't had any problems other than this BS with the iphone pre orders.........which I can't particular blame on just them its also apple and all of the hype machine.........but not good for business. I haven't had any miscelanous charges or things that I've had on Sprint and Verizon and really have had good customer service with the company and at the stores. If that makes you feel any better about switching from Verizon.
