I ordered mine 10/09.
Order was placed on 10/14 after 1000 problems and mistakes on the order.
talked to csr's every day (first cuz of the problems and later cuz of frustration) since 10/09 and so far i got $60 credit back on my bill twice and 1000 minutes on the roll over that I am never gonna get to use.
Filed a complaint with the BBB and ATT called me back trying to cancel the order as a solution to the problem.
The status on my order is (in progress) but with a BACK ORDER on two Iphone 4s 16gb, one white one black.
The case filed on the BBB helped me get the second $60 credit. I know it didnt solve my problem, that my order is still back ordered and that ATT sucks <word filter>. but at least they did something for me and it does feel better to have credit on my next bill.
