If I read it right, it's just for people who are US AT&T customers and have an account in good standing.  Not just anyone who wants an iPhone that they bought second hand to be unlocked.


I think we need to wait for the exact date as per ATT information is not gonna be updated until the 8th. So that we can check if phone bought from craiglist or ebay can be unlock.



why there is already a quote from att upper ecelon on what the restrictions are going to be, it basicly states that if the phone is currently on fleabay or has been purchased from fleabay prior to Apr 08 it will not be unlocked unless the person that origianlly owned it on their account still has a active att account and calls in to get it unlocked
