Fwiw, AT&T does some funky stuff with the data counter. My billing cycle resets on the 9th of each month. Last month I went on vacation and since I was near the end of my billing cycle, I decided to watch a ton of Netflix on March 8th. My data count didn't move a single MB according to OLAM. Then all of a sudden on March 9th, my data usage for the new cycle was a bit above 3GB, even though I had gone to sleep well before midnight.
