It seems that some of the links that I post don't work for some people, but when I click on it from the post, it takes me back to the page that I expected.
I finally got it by searching for KB414532. I think the stuff that is posted after that number in the URL (e.g. #fbid=W8nEZBDGSIh) is a cookie or something related to the computer or account of the individual who copied the URL from their browser. That link works only for that person, so they can always click on it and go there. When I finally got to it, I had a different set of letters/numbers after the #fbid= , which probably only works for me on my computer.
