for the unlock you need to supply information to att for them to determine if the phoe is eligible for unlock
1. The att phone number the device had on it when it was under att contract -OR-
2. the att account number that the device was attached to when under contract -OR-
3. a reciept showing you payed full retail price for the device from an Apple authorzied sellor
If you can supply any of that information then get a skype account and call ATT customer service at 1-800-331-0500
to start the proceedure. There is no email or website you can go to.
If you cannot supply any of the above information you need to handle it through Amazon and the sellor since they advertised the phone was unlocked.
