Order status vacillating back and forth between BO and not BO. (Maybe I should have ordered the white??)

No charge on the card. (Hopefully I still have $300 left in my acct by the time they ship!)

It is Thursday evening ... no sign of shipment. (Phew .. still have $300, but sad face b/c no iToy)

Can't wait for my IToy and AppleTV to meet. (Thinks "Direct Fulfillment" should be renamed "Purgatory"!)

Santa Maria CA ( Central Coast) ordered an 8gb on the 18th at 10 am, recieved it exactly 10 days later. had ZERO communication from att. 1 email and thats it.. when phone arrived, i had to call them!. however... iphone is amazing.. way worth it

As of 7/31 at 2233 hrs I'm #10 in line with several 7/21's having shipped today

Kind of "salt in the wound" when my ZAGG Invisible Shield showed up today. Then I made it worse by driving the 1.5 miles to the mall and playing with the iPhones at the brand new Apple store that opened last Saturday. They have plenty of all models in stock which also is hard to swallow. I would cancel my ATT order but mine should be here in a couple days and I'm new to ATT, rather set up a new account (which I get a FAN discount on) in the ATT store than the Apple store.

My 16g Black was shipped today, 08-02-08, at 10AM... Delivery date falls onto Monday 08-04-08.

13 days isn't to bad...

I have a pending charge on my acct for my iPhone from ATT!
Checked the Order Status and it still says "In Progress."

... I am seeing a ray of light!

It's day 13. No shipment so far.

I'm my phone is off backorder, but FRT is still on '1'

They have sent all the 22nd, 23rd, 24th orders, and are now working on the 25th for my store.

If I don't see my phone get shipped on tuesday (day 15) I'm driving to my nearest Apple store and buying one there.

7-22-08 Ordered mine today from the West Ashley store in Charleston, SC. 16 Gig black. Was told it would arrive within 10-21 days. I'm not eligible for the upgrade until 8-1-08 anyway. Will update once I have more info.

Have been constantly checking the web site but have not been able to get any response until tonight. Says that mine shipped today and should be in the store tomorrow. 12 days from ordered date. Now will have to see if the store will call me tomorrow to let me know that they've received it.

I purchased the new iPhone on July 11th. I am a first gen iPhone owner I have 2 of the old iPhones.

After I purchased the new iPhone and had a day to play with it I realized I wasted my money. Albeit, the data speeds are faster, the first generation kicks butt in processing and everything else. My new iPhone freezes, sometimes I am not able to make calls even though I have the strongest signal I get call failed. I'm so disappointed with the new purchase.

I would tell anyone that alreeady has an iPhone to stick with the one they have.

Oh, and after being 1st in line at my store on July 11th I didn't leave until 12:30pm with my new phone. Which, by the way I couldn't activate until about 7:30pm that night because Apple's servers were down.

Yeah real pleasant doing business with AT&T.

Ordered my Black 16gb at 11:00 a.m. Tuesday morning 7-22. Order status went back and forth on back order starting on day five. Card was charged late Friday night 8-1 although status was still on back order. Phone left stock Saturday afternoon around 1:30 p.m. Got to Memphis, TN around 8:30 p.m that night. Arrived in Kansas City around 8:30 today (Sunday). Delivery is scheduled for tomorrow before 3:00 p.m. Sweet! I was told 10-21 days, so this is spot on. No complaints. I went out to the Apple Store last week and it was a mad house. Direct fulfillment order has been stress free and a breeze! Good Job, AT&T!!

You will receive it Tuesday. The tracking number represents that a shipping label has been created in your name but it wasn't picked up until today.
