So, you called 15 minutes before closing time of the business offices and then expected what? Were you trying to prove a point by sitting four and a half hours on hold? After no more than 10 minutes on hold you should have hung up and tried calling back.
You can not "dispute" charges and/or get your service reactivated during non-business hours. I suggest, if you want to call back in, starting your call in the morning shortly after 8:00AM. First confirm your phone number, then just keep repeating "none of those" to the rest of the prompts and it will transfer you to a person, at which point, insist that they transfer you to the Retention Department. They have always been able to resolve any problems I've had.
If your schedule prohibits you from calling during business hours (8:00-5:00), send a message to Alex and he will have someone contact you within a couple days to address your issues and provide you with a resolution. Click the little blue envelope, upper right corner of page, to see his reply.
