I posted a month ago about my horrible service, lies and billing problems I had with AT&T. Many people agreed as they were having the same issues. I got a reply and the person told me to contact Alex. I did and believe it or not my problems were solved and then some. Not only are my billing problems fixed I am actually paying less now for more services. If you are having issues please listen to everyone and contact Alex. Hopefully you will get to speak to someone like I did, Tammy H, she is amazing and if every employee of AT&T was as competent and helpful as she was this company would be amazing.
