Uverse in Area? address search is wrong

I type in my home address and the choices that come back have SW which is incorrect.  How do I get this corrected?  I thought I made the correct phone calls last month and they said to wait a week and try again.  It is correct on my AT&T phone bill but only when searching to see if Uverse is in my area does the wrong address pop up.  help!!

Call the direct TS number in my sig and see if they can get this straightened out. I have NW on my street address, but there is no NW on my mailing address, so know what you mean.
