HELP!!!!! I WAS TOLD ONE PRICE BUT BILLED ANOTHER!!! TERRRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!

This is the worst company I have ever had to deal with in my life.  Everything they promise is the opposite.  From day one it has been a nightmare.  From the price I was quoted to the rebate prepaid visa card I was promised has been a lie. HELP!!!!
