I have similar problem and it has never been resolved. When I try to logon to uverse online from ANY computer I get an error screen and cannot get past it. The same ID works for the iPhone app and all my other ATT access (account management, email, etc). I have worked with online tech support both chat and phone. They told me they had forwarded the problem to the next level, but I guess that level is the same black hole of support as email@example.com.
Not sure where else to turn except another service provider, this seems like a simple fix of removing any trace of my ID from the uverseonline database and adding back like I am a new subscriber, but what does this 30 yr veteran of IT support know....
Correct support email is: firstname.lastname@example.org to David'd team of tier2 techs.
