I wonder how much data would be classified as "extraordinary"? Say, 50GB? More, even? Unless you're a movie addict or daily music streamer, I don't see how anyone could get that high on the data numbers.
I wonder if this will be a good thing for the network and the rest of the smartphone customers? That way, no one is hogging the bandwidth all to themselves.
