I was a loyal customer with Sprint from 2003-2011 and they ended my contract because I moved to a rural area and although I pay for unlimited data they ended my service due to I roamed too much while on the internet. They told me I exceed federal guidelines as a user and was costing them money. In some instances its not the wireless companies but the government regulations no one knows about until a situation arises.
