For the Nokia Lumia 900 credit; was there anything, other than purchasing the phone prior to the 21st of April, we needed to do? Rebate form?
I ask because I read that the credit began being applied to AT&T customers who purchased the Lumia 900 just last week... But I have yet to receive mine.
I tried speaking with customer care, just to inquire about the process and when I could expect the credit. Unfortunately, they had no idea what I was talking about. After a while, they said they could do nothing for me and transferred me to Nokia customer service. I truly is sad when representatives aren't on the same page. (Even when purchasing my phone, at a AT&T store, not authorized reseller, the saleswoman had no clue about the issues the phone was having with connecting to the internet, nor the credit promised by Nokia on the AT&T bill). It's been frustrating as Nokia played the same game and told me to speak to AT&T about the credit.
Text messages were sent referring to the fix to AT&T customers but I never received one.
Being bounced back and forth between companies like that was not pleasant at all. Did they not get the memo or pay attention to the e-mail announcing the latest on the Lumia 900?
In any event, please, let me know what the process is and when I could see the credit applied! Thanks!
