W DO I ACKNOWLEDG E HER WITH AT&T MANAGEMENT ???

Very rarely am I helped by a great employee and I would like to make sure she gets "points" with her management for it. She was patient with my cel phone problems and stayed on the phone with me until they were ALL resolved. It was the first time I have ever been satisfied with customer service and I would like to acknowledge her. Does anyone know where I could do this? There seems to be NOTHING on the website for employee feedback.
I appreciate any help.
