No, certain companies don't allow calls from cell phones. Most government agencies, some collection agencies, some schools that type of thing.
That is interesting & something I did NOT know. Nor has it been my experience.
What is the reason why they don't accept calls from cell phones?
I call Federal, State, & Local government agencies at least once or twice per Quarter (3 months) from my cell phone & have NEVER had any of my calls rejected.
I now have an iPhone 4S, but have had cell phones for quite some time. Even had a bag phone once (Remember those?).
In all of those years, I have never had any cell phone call rejected.
