someJoe, thanks for the advice.  I'd report this directly to AT&T, but I really don't want to sit on their phone line forever just be ignored.  txnroger, if you have any advice in regards to raising attention on this bugs (as well as the other issues SomeJoe reported), I'd love to hear it.

also, somejoe, there might be some hope for getting this fixed.  You noted that the firewall blocks ssh port (22)  for inbound connections.  My RG actually allowed me to setup a port forward for ssh, and its working fine.  so perhaps you're reports are actually being listened to
