Yeah, call tech support. I have had Uverse for about 3 1/2 years. I have had similar issues on and off for quite awhile. Tech support has always been super good about attempting repairs. Unfortunately the problems never show up during the visit.
Well about 2 months ago I started have huge issues with errors but only in the evening. The service tech replaced "everything" in my outside junction box. Basically everything including the NID, diplexer, coax splitter and connectors. Actually I think everything but the NID had previously been replaced multiple times.
For 60 days now I have not had 1 uncorrectable error and the correctable error rate is way less that what it's ever been.
I only mention this because some times an issue can slip by and this particular tech was not going to take any chances!
