How do you become a Beta Tester for at&t phones?

Does anyone have in information on how you become a beta tester for at&t?

If your talking about beta testing phones that are being developed, then you'd want to be a beta tester for the manufacturers.
 
If your talking about beta testing phones that AT&T is considering picking up, then you'd probably have to work for AT&T.

It's current employees or employees of other companies that get devices given to them, and it's surely not part-time $8 an hour people either. Many regional managers or corporate store managers got a Fuze, so you'd have to get in line and start at retail level for that.
