well about the group adding thing, go to the section "group" then from there you're going to create a name. And then from there on you press ok, and it asks if you want to start adding, click yes. Then just check mark the people that you want to add. That should do it. And just do it for more groups that you're going to create. If this doesn't work, like your contacts are still randomized then i'm not sure what's wrong. But other than that the answering your phone issue, it's very simple. When someone calls you, you see a green accept, and red ignore right? well just simply slide the green to the right. hope this helped.
