Wireless Internet Abroad

I am going to Eastern Europe for 2 weeks (italy, croatia, germany) and want to buy a wireless internet card that will work there and back in the states.  Does ATT have such a thing?

Yes, but the data access while roaming is not cheap. Any of the AT&T wireless internet cards should give you data access in those countries. BTW, Italy & Germany should be considered Western Europe — and will offer discounted rates with a DataConnect Global plan, whereas Croatia will not. Pay per use rate is the same in all of them, roughly about $20 per MB.
