AT&T is a SCAM!

Yeah, all sounds right at the beginning. $19.95 hassle free installation, no hidden fees, alright.

 

Well, a long story short, my combined bill for two months of service = $230 USD, and it was $19.95!!!!!

 

You dear reader may say: There is definitely something wring with them.... and perhaps you are right.

 

Well, first lets talk about the issue, lets contact AT&T CSR. We are available 24/7 in our chat!!! - Guess what??? Apparently, the day is over at 11:00 PM, that's news!

 

Well, don't like to talk to people, talk to a robot! Yeah, you heard it! A bad imitation of a human is what AT&T offers its customers if they click on charming Charlie, alright.

 

Two attempts failed, why don't we try to call a real person? Lets try: 24/7 service, dialing......

MACHINE: AT&T is available 24/7, but most of our services cannot be offered after 11:00 PM EST. Thanks for calling AT&T.

HUMAN: Again??? Days of 23 hours? Where have I been all these time??? Is this something Obama said? I swear I saw the speech and he didn't mention it!

 

So, three failed attempts to contact AT&T... but do not despair, we still have emails!

 

Yeah, try to contact AT&T by email and let see what happens. Their broken GUI, broken contact-us page is the worst I have ever seen ever. Their ridiculous validations do not even work properly. Come on, how do you want me to contact you if your contact us form does not even work?!?!?!?!?!

 

Let me tell you something, if you are trying to avoid me: YOU ARE DOING A GOOD JOB!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

 

So, thanks I'm a webmaster I figured out their issue in the validation an manage to send the email, lovely; now, what happened??? I just received an email saying their CSR will contact me within 3 days, what a service!

 

Definitely, there is something wrong with this company. If you want to buy something from AT&T, I strongly recommend you to get another company. Believe me, you will be doing yourself a favor!!!!!! I can't stress this enough, if you have no contract, run for your money!

 

People say Godaddy an Comcast have a bad CS. Believe me, this customer service is ranking worst, by a far margin.
