My roomate lost her DSL accoount because of nonpayment..Her service was off for about two weeks and then reconnected.since the service was restored she has been unable to reclaim her original Email address and screenname. Because of this she lost her Email address book with all her clients addresses in it....She has been told that it was deleted when her account was closed....Knowing that she has clients who have been trying to contact her via her old/cancelled screenname,is there a way to use her old screenname/email address as a secondary address along with ther new address so that she can recieve mail again?
