I called DSL tech support 4/13 in the evening and the tech got as far as trying to run 3 diff't line tests and none would run, telling me that meant it was a network issue.. midsentence we were disconnected. Despite his having asked my callback number, no he did not call me back and the drops continue. I'm north of the city in Cherokee county.
Anyone else with this issue cropping up recently?
