The lines are fine and everything, I bought a new modem after upgrading to 6.0 mbps DSL as well and its still no help with the new modem or old modem. I'm just mostly upset about the lack of even half decent customer service and not getting what I paid for and the fact that my 3.0 mbps dsl service was a lot better compared to after I upgraded.
