Man AT&T why did you go and have renewed a contract with Mcafee. You see the disgruntled people in this community. Go back to what you had before. I will never use Mcafee because it doesnt work well enough. AT&T you can be sued if people realize they can do it. Withdraw Mcafee and make life easier on you and your valued customers. Offer something else for example. Avast! Antivirus. It is probably 10 times better and works on ALL system specs beginning with Pentium 3 computers, which are still being used today. I bet you win with this. 

I do not run an antivirus. For one, them infections can go undetected. Doesnt seem worth it. I very seldom get infected because I dont click on much and know what looks real by looking down to the bar on the bottom of the browser. If a url doesnt match the description I am not clicking it.  Besides I can personally for myself  can get rid of an infection. I am not professional so I am unable to offer assistance.

Please AT&T Mcafee is not worth the while. Just because you use it in your corporate offices doesnt mean the community will like it. Take a pole and make decisions based on the poll.
