I am so upset with this process.  I have done everything as instructed.  I loaded the program.  I uninstalled and loaded it again.  I deleted the old AT&T security suite.  I have called  customer service twice but cannot get anyone who understands what's going on and I am consistently getting messages that my computer is not protected.   Should something happen to my computer, AT&T will be hearing from me.
