I am having the same problem.  Sometimes I can connect and others I get an error that says my password/id is incorrect or the connection to the server was interrupted.

 

I cannot get a straight answer from AT&T support.  They always want to send you to their paid service.  I would like them to post an answer to the problem.

 

If anyone has an answer, let me know.

 

I am using windows 7 prof, outlook 2010
