I just spent 2 hours with "tech support" and it was no support. It is obvious AT&T is blocking the use of email clients (Outlook). The 'support' personnel speak in circles even when I directly asked if they are blocking the use of email clients - sighting the verbiage on their own site about how you can use an email client if you had an account prior to June 11, 2011 (which I did). Thanks AT&T for the not so surprising Customer NO SERVICE. I'll spend the next few minutes of my time talking to Comcast.
