jelrod55: Now that some time has passed, I am wondering if the help given to you by the Microsoft Tech and their troubleshooting page has worked. Have your error messages stopped? If so, would you be so kind as to share the resolution?
No matter which mail settings I use, I continue to get popups asking for my user name and password with error 0x800CCC92. The server responds: -ERR [SYS/TEMP] internal server error (#OCF013).
If I click cancel, I am able to Send/Receive on all my mail accounts, so I know the user name and password is correct. As I previously noted, however, if I am not at my computer to cancel the popup, all my mail retrieval stops. Overnight I can accumulate hundreds of emails and then I have to wait for them all to be fetched before I can do any other Microsoft Office/Outlook related activity. I sincerely hope that AT&T will PLEASE fix their email servers soon.
