Re: Outlook 2007 keeps asking for user name and password

Has this issue been fixed? Is it a server issue or a client-side issue for ALL of the people posting on this thread. My wife has seen the #OCF013 username/password error for months now. The password in Outlook 2010 is correct and mail is accessible via the web, iPad, BlackBerry, etc. all with the same password. ATT/SWBell tech support is NOT HELPFUL. I've re-created Outlook profile, turned off various devices, recreated PST file, etc. all to no avail.
Has anyone determined what the root cause of this issue is? Please help!
