Hey Kenny, I got back later than I expected tonight. The way the screenshot posted, I can only see about half of the values. From what I can tell, you subscribe to 6Meg service? That means your modem should be syncing at just over 8120Kbps downstream but you're syncing at just Over 6000Kbps. Then your signal looks like its interleaved where tech support puts what they call a noise profile on the line. It's supposed to help customers with interference or loops that are too long for the speed they subscribe to keep a stable connection. The problem is that those 2Wires don't like interleaved signals. Try asking for a remediation to 3Meg service and ask them to put you on a FAST profile. That might resolve your intermittence.
